Lala Kent is keeping fitness at the forefront of her second pregnancy — and is even reflecting on how she got back in shape after giving birth to her first daughter, Ocean.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star shared a video of herself working out with her personal trainer, Jenna Willis, and shared in the text overlay that her postpartum figure was the result of genetics.
“I attribute my ‘bounce back’ body after I gave birth to Ocean, to genetics, primarily,” Kent, 33, wrote. “My mama said the second one hits diff tho lol. So it’s important that @msjennawillis keep a preggo friendly workout routine going.”

Kent’s workout involved lunges with weights as well as bodyweight squats.
The Bravolebrity announced on March 3 that she was pregnant via sperm donor after breaking up with longtime fiancé Randal Emmett.

“I’m doing a sperm donor, period,” she explained to pal Scheana Shay in November 2022. “I will not even attempt to try and do it a different way. I don’t want another person involved.”

Kent’s ongoing custody battle over Ocean, 3, with Emmett has taken its toll, with the reality star feeling like it’ll never be resolved.

“His side is just so chaotic and I don’t see resolution coming anytime soon,” Kent, who is hoping for sole custody, exclusively told Page Six in January. “I would like [its end] to come, but we’re still in it.”
Last week, Kent shaded Emmett, 52, while further explaining why she went with a sperm donor.
“The best part about my baby daddy is that he does not exist. I have been pretty open about wanting to really have full control of — I guess not my child, but having them around me all the time,” Kent said on Amazon Live.
“I don’t want to share my child again. It’s something that I’ve experienced, and I refuse to experience it again.”
