Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann reportedly need to cough up $5,000 for a parental fitness evaluator amid their ongoing divorce.
According to documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight Tuesday, the estranged couple has been court-ordered to pay for evaluator Dr. Leroy E. Reese, Ph.D to determine if they are appropriately equipped to continue serving as guardians to their four children: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10.
According to the documents, Dr. Reese can request a custody evaluation if the first test does not give favorable results. However, he is not allowed to recommend which parent would be a better guardian.

Each party is equally responsible for the bill, meaning Zolciak and Biermann are each liable for $2,500, per the documents.

The reported court order comes as the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, 45, and retired NFL player, 38, navigate a nasty divorce, which includes financial hardship and explosive fights that have required police intervention.
In July 2023, for instance, Zolciak called law enforcement and told them her husband had locked her out of their house, stolen her car keys and screamed in her face.

Last October, she claimed to police that Biermann locked himself in their master bedroom with both of their cell phones so she couldn’t leave the house. “I need to leave because I don’t feel safe here,” she told the operator.
In November 2023, one of their children called the police after a fight got out of hand. It was later reported that one of their sons told officers “his dad was hitting his mom.” Video obtained by Page Six from the altercation showed Biermann accusing the reality star of “f–king other men.”
The couple, who has slashed the price of their 15,000-square-foot mansion by $1.5 million as they try to offload it, has been on-and-off since May 2023, when they first filed for divorce.

They reconciled but filed for divorce once more, with both parties in agreement that they were no longer a match.
Throughout their ups and downs, the former Atlanta Falcons star accused Zolciak of financially ruining their family because of an alleged gambling problem.
